For Attorneys
We are building a network of independent California attorneys. This page sets out honestly what stage that is at.
Where this is up to
The platform is live and publishing. The attorney network is still being developed, and we are not yet routing matters at volume. We would rather say that plainly than imply a network that does not exist yet.
What we do
We publish sourced, plain-language information for people who have been in accidents in California, and we offer an optional intake that people complete themselves. Where someone asks to be connected with an attorney, we pass their details on.
What we do not do
We do not give legal advice, we do not evaluate the merits of a matter, and we do not tell anyone their case is worth anything. We do not promise attorneys any volume, and we do not promise consumers that any attorney will take their matter.
How intake works
Nine questions, one decision per screen, completed by the person themselves without a call centre. Attribution data travels with each submission, so the source of a matter is visible rather than guessed at. Consent is explicit and separate from the rest of the form: nothing is shared unless the person actively asks for it on the final question.
Compliance posture
Every page states that we are not a law firm and that using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship. We publish no case results, no testimonials and no ratings. Advertising and referral rules for lawyers vary and are strict, and we would expect any participating firm to satisfy itself independently that the arrangement works for its jurisdiction and its regulator.
